Consultation Case Study

In 2019, Cyclone Idai hit Mozambique causing an unprecedented amount of damage. Subsequent flooding affected over 2 million residents of Mozambique, as well as neighboring Zimbabwe and Malawi. In the aftermath of the storm, there were soon over 7,000 confirmed cases of Cholera. CADENA, a nonprofit specializing in reducing the vulnerabilities of those living in disaster prone areas, recognized the critical need for clean water solutions and reached out for help.
