Total Coliform Bacteria Screening Kit

This kit is designed to detect the presence of total coliform bacteria in drinking water. It uses a simple, disposable 5-tube method. Each tube contains a nutrient tablet. A water sample is added to each tube, and the tubes are incubated for 40-48 hours. The presence of coliform bacteria is indicated by a color change and gas formation within the tubes.
