POSITION OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Graphic Design Specialist will play a key role in developing visual assets that support marketing initiatives and brand consistency across multiple channels. This role requires a detail-oriented designer who can translate business objectives into compelling, high-quality designs. The Graphic Design Specialist will work closely with the Creative Marketing Director and other team members to execute engaging and effective creative content.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing marketing materials for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, social media graphics, website assets, advertisements, packaging, and email campaigns.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all creative projects while adhering to style guidelines.
  • Collaborating with content writers, marketing specialists, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Assisting in the development of creative strategies by leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
  • Managing and maintaining an organized library of creative assets and templates.
  • Creating and optimizing graphics for web use, including UI/UX elements and e-commerce content.
  • Assisting with photo and video editing for digital campaigns.
  • Supporting the development of motion graphics, infographics, and branded presentations.
  • Staying up to date with design trends and emerging digital marketing techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience designing for both print and digital media, including knowledge of best practices for each.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and web design is a plus.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
