Position Overview: Support for Brand Marketing Specialist – Customer Experience Journey Focus
The Brand Marketing Intern will work directly under the guidance of our Brand Marketing Specialist, with a specific focus on supporting and optimizing the customer experience journey. This role offers hands-on learning opportunities centered around how to enhance brand loyalty, build meaningful customer relationships, and maintain consistency across customer-facing touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in refining and mapping the customer experience journey to ensure alignment with brand values.
- Help develop communications strategies to enhance post-purchase engagement, onboarding, and retention efforts.
- Support customer service processes through Salesforce and related platforms to ensure efficient, brand-aligned communications.
- Create resources and materials that enhance the customer experience, including email templates, FAQs, and process documentation.
- Track customer feedback, analyze trends, and report findings to inform ongoing brand strategy improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support to create seamless, supportive brand experiences.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for elevating customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Heart for international impact and clean water initiatives.
