Rawlings holds a Master’s degree in Water Management for Development from Loughborough University. He led the design and supervision of 11 gravity flow schemes in Southwestern Uganda for a Canadian non-profit organization. After his tenure in project implementation, Rawlings transitioned to a research and development non-profit, where he currently manages a program focused on water quality in schools, healthcare facilities, communities, and households. In this capacity, he oversees the entire process from data collection to analysis and effectively communicates findings to relevant stakeholders. Rawlings is passionate about improving systems, thinking through problems, and offering well-thought-out solutions with the input of relevant parties. His interest in water and the natural environment, and how we interact with it, drives his focus on harnessing these interactions as business opportunities.
