POSITION OVERVIEW:

Weโ€™re looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior B2B Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years selling into the US Outdoor, Camping, or Adventure Retail/Distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:ย  Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Identify and pursue high-value B2B sales opportunities within the US Outdoor retail, distribution, manufacturing, and hospitality/adventure tourism sectors.

Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and buyers in the Outdoor industry, attending key US-based trade shows and industry events (e.g., Outdoor Retailer).

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate value and ROI.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, and customer service) to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, reporting on territory performance across the US region.

Mandatory requirements for the target market:

  • Deep Understanding of the US Outdoor Market: Proven knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and B2B purchasing cycles within the outdoor/recreation industry.
  • Territory Management: Ability to strategically manage a large US-based territory, prioritizing high-impact accounts.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time throughout the United States for client meetings, trade shows, and sales events.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly master and articulate the value proposition of sustainable, technical products (e.g., water filtration, solar solutions) to a diverse set of B2B clients.
